Refund Policy

Every copy of SOLD ON FEAR comes with a 48-hour, no-questions refund. If the book is not for you, email zane@zanesampson.com within 48 hours of your purchase and I refund you in full.

How it works

Email zane@zanesampson.com from the address you used at checkout and say you would like a refund. No explanation needed and no forms to fill out. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

Digital products

Because SOLD ON FEAR is delivered as a digital file, the 48-hour window starts at purchase. After 48 hours, sales are final. If your file arrives damaged or will not open, email me at any time and I will replace it free.

Subscriptions

The “Reading the Label” column is sold by monthly subscription to publications. A subscribing publication may cancel at any time; cancellation stops the next billing cycle and issues already delivered are not refunded.
