What this covers

This is the privacy policy for www.zanesampson.com, owned and operated by Zane Sampson (Zane369). If you have a question about your privacy here, email me at zane@zanesampson.com.

What I collect

I collect only what you choose to give me:

• Newsletter signup: your email address when you subscribe to my newsletter.
• Contact form: your name, email address, and whatever you write in your message when you reach out.

I do not run accounts, logins, or on-site payments. When you buy my book SOLD ON FEAR, that purchase happens on itch.io, and their payment processing (via itch.io and Stripe) handles your payment details. I never see your card information.

How I use it

• Your newsletter email is used to send you the newsletter and occasional updates about my work. Nothing else.
• Your contact form submission is used to read and reply to your message. Nothing else.

Who processes it

My newsletter runs on Sender, which stores subscriber email addresses and handles delivery. That is the only third party that processes your personal information on my behalf.

What I never do

I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. I do not share your email with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third party.

Cookies

The site is built on Squarespace, which may set basic cookies needed for the site to function and to understand general site traffic. I do not currently use third-party analytics on this site.

Want to see what I have on you, fix it, or be removed from the newsletter? Email zane@zanesampson.com and I will take care of it. Every newsletter email also includes an unsubscribe link.
