Affiliate Disclosure

The short version

I earn money when you buy through some of the links on this site. It costs you nothing extra.

The full version

I have an affiliate relationship with Ascent Nutrition. That means when you click my Ascent link (goascentnutrition.com/ZaneSampson) or use my code Zane10 at checkout, and you make a qualifying purchase, Ascent pays me a commission. The commission is a percentage of the sale, paid by Ascent out of their own pocket. Your price does not go up because you used my link or code.

Every product I recommend is one I genuinely stand behind. I have spent more than a decade in natural health, and I only put my name on things I believe are worth your money. That said, my recommendations are my opinions, not guarantees, and what works for one person may not work for another.

Prices, availability, and discount codes can change at any time, and Ascent controls those, not me. If a code stops working or a price looks different than what I described, that is on their end.

If you would rather not use an affiliate link, you can always go directly to a brand's site on your own. I would rather have your trust than your click.
